Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026

By downloading or using this software, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. License and service

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. The software provides local tools for identities, isolated web sessions, passwords, verification codes, AutoFill, imports, exports, and encrypted backups.

2. Eligibility and account authority

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. You may store or use only accounts, credentials, and content that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

4. Local data and backups

You are responsible for the security of your device, device passcode, PIN, credentials, exported files, and backup passwords. Deletion, device failure, loss of a backup password, an unsuccessful restore, or failure to maintain a usable backup may cause permanent data loss. Review imported data before confirming replacement of local data.

5. Third-party websites and services

Websites opened through the software are operated independently. Their content, availability, authentication rules, privacy practices, and compatibility are controlled by their operators. No representation is made that a website will remain available or compatible. Your use of each website is also subject to that operator's terms and policies.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the software to access another person's account without authorization, defeat security controls, scrape or collect data unlawfully, distribute malicious content, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with services, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.

7. Intellectual property

The software, excluding third-party trademarks and content, is licensed rather than sold. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Third-party names, logos, and websites belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance. No guarantee is made that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or device configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from third-party outages, unauthorized account access, device failure, user error, deleted data, or unavailable backups. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

Your license ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time. These Terms may be updated for feature, security, or legal changes; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

11. Contact

For support or questions about these Terms, use the support contact published with the software's App Store listing. For billing, cancellation, or refund matters handled by Apple, contact Apple Support.
